We stayed at the brand new Pullman Rotorua prior to the grand opening, and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and of the staff as well as the design and decor of the hotel itself.Everyone at front of house and rear of house seemed to enjoy what they were doing which isn't always the case in big chain hotels.We also dined at the hotel restaurant upon arrival and can highly recommend. Everyone friendly, helpful and pleasant. My eldest girl gave 10/10 for their fish & chip and the spaghetti. We were made to feel exceptionally welcome. All linens sanitized in high-temperature wash, Hand sanitizer available to guests & staff, I have stayed in the worlds's best hotels (see my reviews) and am pleased to say that although the Pullman may not be the George Vth in Paris or the Dorchester in London, its up there with the very best.
