Call Coletta’s Italian Restaurant Today! This entire meal was a bust. We had grouper, meatballs, margherita pizza and Agnolotti. Colletta is a modern Italian restaurant owned and operated by The Indigo Road Restaurant Group. Menu may not be up to date. Every dish was good but my favorite had to be the farfalle and duck breast. They needed at least two more people in the kitchen during production.

The menu is not huge, but with a nice variety of options, and every dish is made with love, with a focus on quality and authenticity. I overlooked it for all the other great things about our dinner. However, it wasn't very memorable.I think what really shines at Colletta is the pasta. The menu says, "mozzarella stuffed with cream and cheese curd, marinated olives, flatbread." The manager even stopped by to thank my friend and I for coming in. Simply wonderful. Our waitress helped us decide on an option with seafood in which every ingredient blends together perfectly. They were hard and the sauce was bland. My wife and I ventured north to OTP land to meet my mother for dinner.
