I bought it because there was a documentary programme on TV with Bruno Tonioli about the film, and most of the people who starred in it were talking about it. Despite the fact that this was a great movie, and I enjoyed it back in the day, and knew I would enjoy it today, the sound synch issue was too big a distractor and detracted from the overall movie experience I hoped to have. Music is clear and seems to have gotten the DTS & Dolby Processing treatments, but only the Music. How often will you listen to this record--and how much will you play when you do? Saturday Night Fever music crossword clue. I forgot that my CD of this album had a scratch on it and I threw it out around a year or so ago, so I thought I would buy the download version :) Like I mentioned in my review of "The Ultimate Bee Gees," this CD brings back good memories of that time period :) All of the songs capture the spirit of the dance/roller skating craze at that time and are a joy to listen to.

Everybody knows the music, this is about the vinyl pressing - and the quality is outstanding. Staying Alives takes Saturday Night Fever's Tony Manero out of Brooklyn to Broadway. If that can be corrected, I'd happily order again. It's a powerful and provocative urban tragedy that carries as much significance today as it did in 1977. Very impressed with the sonic reproduction.

The main rape scene is titled "The boys goof around". I Love this movie so much and I Love John Travolta when he was young and dreamy.

I wonder if Barham, Travolta, the BeeGees experience this when they see it today ..2019...young love, lust, good times in bad times, and most of all, the people we were back then- agile, moving to the electrifying music with no inkling that the day would come when we could only dream of youth's vigor ...of losing the flawless physical image we would one day only yearn to recapture.
