This restaurant is highly recommended. On that subject, we dramatically changed our training methods for the team here (particularly in relation to our floor staff) and would like to think the service has improved service dramatically as a result.

Lots of choice on a very varied menu but the food had including tempura (prawn and vegetarian), edamame, and fish and chicken dishes followed up less traditional sorbets and sticky date puddings! My previous experiences at Nozomi were fantastic, and this time was even better.

I tried shrimp volcano,it was mixed with wasabi mayo dip, it was ok,i tried...2 plates of fish carpaccio it was light and fresh! The restaurant takes reservations which makes dining incredibly convenient, and the hosts are quite friendly.
