Ample parking. There was a very large party less than 10 feet from our table. We mentioned we ordered but still hadnt received. The waiter walked over to our table and asked what we would like! I used to work in hospitality so I know very well things can get hectic at times but there wasn’t even any acknowledgement on it. Great service, nice environment. Our party of 6 arrived were seated promptly. I will never go back.

I had first visited this establishment last year for a friends p If any of my bussers in the past had spilled anything on a guest I would always follow up with a sincere apology and maybe a drink or dessert on the house just to express our regret. Service was good but a little too pushy about clearing the table and plates we were still using making it feel like they were rushing us. I was visiting a friend who lives & works in Port Washington.She suggested Kyma for dinner.I had first visited this establishment last year for a friends party of 8 birthday.After driving 2 hours I was looking forward to a great meal & dining experience.Sadly, this was not the case, upon arrival we had an early 3 pm reservation.We were seated right away as I’m a diabetic an was starting to feel my sugar drop.After waiting 15 minutes to be noticed ...My friend had to flag down a waiter, she immediately told him that I’m a diabetic an need protein right away.

When we asked about it he very passively stated it’s coming out but it was a raw appetizer that was coming our way after our cooked appetizer. When we expressed that we hadn’t opened it yet, he walked away instead at least asking to clear our table that was full of plates. Gotta do better in times of Covid.
