Some folks may not like being able to see the orchestra, but I personally love watching them play their instruments. This review is in direct response to the concert i was recently at on Sunday Oct 6th 2019. There's no reason anybody should be treated like crap for bringing their kid to the ballet,  ESPECIALLY a beloved holiday ballet such as the Nutcracker, which kids dream of going to year after year in their youth. This was after a large capital campaign, a controversial public-private partnership with the City of Richmond, and a decision to re-size the project from a much larger proposed complex. I am willing to tolerate the risk that the event that I am spending hundreds of dollars to attend may cancelled for ambiguous reasons at the last minute. Don’t forget to use #DenimDay #TeamASMGlobal It would be ridiculous to expect them to argue that they will not refund any tickets, and that the holiday season tickets that you have spent hundreds of dollars to acquire are basically useless until the next time that you can gather the five attendees. As an adult who is raising a little boy presently,  I waited until I thought my son was old enough to remember the experience, but still young enough to be a lap child and get in for free sitting on a parents lap.

The Carpenter Theatre was originally a Loew's Theatre movie palace developed by the Loew's Theatres company and designed by John Eberson. With almost 3,000 spaces within two blocks, there’s plenty of parking available at the Dominion Energy Center. We arrived about 2 hours early for a dinner and happened to walk by the theater approximately an hour and a half before we were scheduled to pick up the tickets per their instructions. As most know, the Nutcracker is typically a ballet geared towards youngsters. The seats were comfy and enough leg room, which is great for an older theater.
