I'm running with TConstruct 1.8.7, but have also verified that same behavior (1.2.10 works, 1.2.11 doesn't) for TC 1.8.5 and 1.8.8.

you have 10 seconds to craft the parts otherwise they become useless but you can resmelt them again to get half of Liquid Unstable Ingot back. I fixed this by adding in the tinkers construct recipes using modtweaker.

The Pickaxe Head Pattern is a component added by Tinkers' Construct, which is required for crafting the Pickaxe Head Cast respectively the Pickaxe Heads out of any material. Bedrockium toolparts can be casted normally though. As of Extra Utilities version 1.2.12 the Destruction Pickaxe no longer destroys blocks and works on all blocks that can be mined.
