If you can only work a specific time and you've gave them your time they won't be there when you have any family or vehicle issues.They micromanage... it was a fun place to work at my time there was short i lived in el paso for a little while it was a good experience for me i learned a lot about customer care and alot about support i took on all the bad calls cuz i was able to turn the bad situations into goods one i got a lot good reviews from customers and also when i left everyone was trying to do all they can to help me stay but my kids are on az so i came back to. When I worked their I resived three days of training and was expected to be able to make 3 sale a day shortly after that about a week I was expected to meet the store qouta of 37 my self.
