orange thunderverb 50 review

So I got an Orange Thunderverb 50 and I've been loving it! It also has a clean that could be used for blues or even some jazz applications.

Well as said, they surely aren't everyones cup of tea, however I like them a lot.

Since it's the only the second amp I've owned with an FX loop (the first being an H&K Tubemeister 18) I've HAD to try amp slaving!

I think I agree, I don't play mine in "metal" mode. I used it with my 50’s re-issue Strat and got a very nice SRV tone that was perfect for classics like “Little Wing” or Jimi Hendrix’s “The Wind Cries Mary.” Turn up the gain knob on that same channel are you’re working with nice classic rock overdrive sounds.
